I think the time has come to take extra care for my laptop. She (of course she is a she!) is getting old. Over two years it has been since I purchased her on-line. I remember it like it was yesterday she was delivered to me. She was ill then too. However I was able to cure her from the evil ‘Windows’-virus, the linux-antibiotic did the trick :). However her battery is not what it used to be. And the power connector of the adapter somehow stop when the battery is filled… So i have to reconnect it to get power again…

I talked a lot with her and she agreed that is was time to move on. As long as I would not forget her (of course not! how could I?). We decided together that when I find myself a new one that I will use her as testing box…

So I’ll be looking for new laptops soon. However it has to be as linux compatible as it can be… I’ll keep you informed.
