Since I’m setting up a domain server at home so the whole family can take any pc in the network to get theire files. I tought it would be save to setup raid. Now since i do not have identical harddrives and currently do not wanna sped 130 euro’s on 2 new hard drives I’m currently create a software raid for the /home partition. Working like a charm so far! And i have to say it is damn easy. I would advice anyone who had 2 hd’s in his server and store’s important information on it to run raid. Especially when it is this easy!
